Our team building experiences are not the typical games and role-play activities that we know enhance the bond in a team, but instead are designed to promote deeper facilitated discussions to create immediate and long-term cohesion in teams through practising and robustly reviewing these core team skills.
These practical activities are the spine of our experiential approach to development. They challenge and force individuals and teams to hold up that mirror and look at where they can improve or change behaviours to improve output.

The belief in this course from the instructors every minute of the day was infectious and was great to see. The lecturers and the classroom activities were timed well and the days felt short but almost like more than the two we were there with the amount we covered. I have taken away a lot from the course and will make sure to stop and check any given task before commencing and the 1 up and 2 up.
The outside challenges were really good fun and made the team come together to solve these, having been in the team only a short time I feel it really has helped me build relationships and shown what I can do. Shame not all the partnership directors were on the same course, however 8 was a good number and possibly with more we wouldn’t have worked as closely together.
The history, tour and the evening meal were all amazing additions to already great course.
