Our Leadership Programmes

Whilst our programmes are all different, each one combines practical activities and coaching to develop the knowledge, skills and intuitions needed to build resilient people - from junior staff to executive level leaders - with the means to drive your business forward.
 

We offer two types of programmes - pre-designed or tailored.

Our pre-designed programmes are modular, CMI recognised and facilitate structured learning with clear objectives. Expertly designed to provide leadership and team development to a wide range of business types, each pre-designed programme is both unique and universal.

Our tailored programmes offer a wide range of practical leadership and team building exercises, activities and coaching sessions. We are able to build a programme to suit your organisation’s needs and adapt with a hands-on, intuitive approach to create a practical learning programme to help your people and your business to thrive.

The Actuate Programme

Structure: Pre-designed, modular programme.

Qualifications: CMI-recognised course with an option for CMI certification for participants, if wanted.

Course length: Total of 6 days, delivered to suit you - consecutively or over a few months - whatever works for your business.

Delivered: On-site or off-site.

Who is it for: Ideal for supervisors, managers and company directors.
 

This programme consists of three modules which will inform on how to introduce and implement a coaching culture to facilitate high performance.

 

Providing practical tools that managers can apply in the workplace, we embed a philosophy that embodies inclusion, enhanced knowledge, competency and self-awareness.

 

The Actuate programme is designed to develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes required for effectively responding to the changing competitive pressures and opportunities our leaders and managers face, ultimately, creating a community of managers able to develop and integrate best practice in people management.

Foundations Skills Development Programme

Structure: Pre-designed, modular skills development programme.
Qualifications: CMI-recognised course with the option for CMI certification for participants, if wanted.
Course Length: Flexible delivery to suit your business — typically structured across multiple days or sessions depending on organisational needs.
Delivered: On-site or off-site.
Who is it for: Ideal for junior staff members and emerging leaders seeking to build core professional and leadership skills.

This programme is designed to enhance individual capability, team effectiveness, and leadership potential at the foundational level.

The Foundations Skills Development Programme equips participants with the practical competencies that matter most in today’s workplace, from leadership and followership through to effective communication, time management, dealing with change, team dynamics and resilience.

By focusing on both personal effectiveness and interpersonal influence, this programme builds confidence and accountability while nurturing strong team contributors who drive sustainable organisational performance. Participants will explore how their role connects to broader organisational success and how core skills contribute to high-performing teams.
